Unexpected Surprise!

Great news! Line Eleven is going to be at Indie Emporium!

I waited too late to sign up for the show and was initially told that due to there being twice as many applicants as booth spots there wasn't enough space, but because of a recent cancellation I am in! Due to the late notice, I have half of the time as all the other vendors did to get ready  for the show so I have a hectic couple of weeks ahead of me, but I am more than thrilled to be able to be a part of this amazing weekend event!

If you want more info about Indie Emporium, or want to buy tickets you can check out their website: Indie Emporium or just click over to their Facebook page: Indie Emporium Facebook.

The show is Friday September 28th from 7pm - 11pm and Saturday, September 29th from noon - 10pm.

Hope to see you all there!

Ready for Norman!

After many hours spent discussing logos, sizes, colors, and so much more, my Line Eleven Finery tags are ready to go! Thank goodness for my sweet husband who was willing to help with the Photoshop/printer issues so I could focus on making sure my actual jewelry pieces were ready!

But everything is officially ready for Norman tomorrow. Super excited to get everything there and set up!

Branching Out!

I am excited to announce that Line Eleven Finery jewelry is going to be sold in a store for the first time ever!

Massive Downtown contacted me about selling jewelry in their new store in Norman recently and it is now official! I will be delivering my pieces this Saturday (pictures to come!). Lots of work making tags and getting pieces made, but very exciting.

Feel free to check out Massive Downtown the next time you're near the Norman area. 301 E. Main St. Or their Facebook page for more info: MassiveDowntown

Hopefully this will be the first of many stores to carry Line Eleven jewelry!

AMAZED!

Last night's RAW show was the most amazing experience. Never in my wildest dreams would I have expected such a wonderful turn-out!

Set up went perfectly, I managed to remember everything I needed, my table looked great, and I was non-stop busy from 8 until after 11. It was wonderful to get to see people excited about the things I have made, my art...

The whole evening was a blast! Keep an eye on my Etsy shop for listings of the leftover pieces I made for the show!

Thanks to everyone who came and saw me at the show!

RAW Artists Show... in 4 days!

Only four days until the August RAW show! I've been spending all of my time working on new pieces, display projects, verifying accounts for credit card readers, and trying to figure out what all I've forgotten to do!

As of last night I am officially knocking out the display details for the show itself. Thanks to the help of a few very special people I am almost there...

Here's what I'm leaning towards for the show:

I currently have 8 tickets left to sale by the end of Monday, so if you're interested please check it out! http://www.rawartists.org/tulsa/radiate/?artist=66416

RAW Artist Show

Line Eleven Finery's first official show will be August 16th! Raw Artists contacted me about joining their group recently. After much contemplation and a phone interview, the wheels have officially been set in motion. The show will be on Thursday, August 16th from 8pm to midnight. I'm hoping to have at least 100 pieces with me at the show! If you're interested in coming, you can buy tickets here:

http://www.rawartists.org/lineeleven

Just select 'Buy a Ticket for this Artist' to get the $10 discounted price, and to support me as the artist.

There's going to be a concert by White Collar Sideshow, a fashion show, and so much more. I'm nervous but very excited as well! Let me know if you have any questions, you can always contact me at lineelevenfinery@gmail.com

Updates Galore!

Stuff is slowly changing at Line Eleven Finery. Though I have enjoyed making necklaces since that fateful day  almost a year ago, when I made my first piece, I have since struggled to figure out exactly what my style and design taste is. Over time I feel like I have learned what I don't like more than what I really do like. But my recent application to RAWartists (check it out here: http://www.rawartists.org), and the fact that Etsy just launched their bio/about pages, has really helped me to focus on what I like most and the direction that I want to take Line Eleven. I have also run into a situation with the usual chain I like to buy and it has forced me to shop around and step out of my comfort zone on a few chain options/methods. Since then I have been able to find a few chain option gems that have helped me push my creative envelope and dabble in a few new ideas. Since then I have made some of my very favorite pieces and have an overflow of ideas for more. Now the question is, when will I have time to make them all?!!?

Feel free to check out what's currently in my shop at lineeleven.etsy.com
